Dhaka, Bangladesh: The National University (NU) of Bangladesh has released the schedule for the online form fill-up process for the B.Sc Honours in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) 2nd Year, 4th Semester Examination of 2023. The official notice was published on April 10, 2025, by the Exam Control Department.
Students eligible for the NU CSE 2nd Year 4th Semester Form Fill-up 2025 must complete the online application process within the specified dates. The detailed examination schedule will be announced later by the university.

Here are the important dates students and colleges need to remember:
- Online Application Start Date (Students): April 13, 2025
- Online Application End Date (Students): April 30, 2025
- Last Date to Submit Printed Form to College (Students): May 4, 2025
- Data Confirmation by College: Up to May 5, 2025
- Fee Payment via Sonali Seba (College): May 6 & May 7, 2025
- Submission of Documents to NU Branch (College): May 8, 2025
Who Can Apply?
The notice specifies eligibility criteria for the examination:
- Regular Students: Session 2022-2023
- Irregular Students: Sessions 2021-2022, 2020-2021
- Improvement Students: Those who received ‘C’ or ‘D’ grades in the 2nd Semester exam of 2022 must appear now. Only one chance for improvement is allowed.
- ‘F’ Grade Students: Sessions 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019, and 2019-2020.
Important: Students from sessions not listed or those who did not appear for the 1st Semester examination are not eligible to fill the form.
Examination Fees:
The fee structure per student is as follows:
- Per Paper Fee (Regular/Irregular/Improvement): 500/- Taka
- Practical & Viva Voce Fee (per paper, paid to NU): 500/- Taka
- Special Inclusion Fee (for failed/improvement students only): 500/- Taka
- Centre Fee (Practical, paid to College): 300/- Taka
- Centre Fee: 500/- Taka (This fee is not submitted to the university)
How to Complete the Online Form Fill-up:
Students must follow these steps:
- Visit the National University website: ems.nu.ac.bd.
- Navigate to the ‘Form Fill-up’ section.
- Click on ‘Apply to online form Fill-up (For Student)’.
- Enter your registration number and follow the on-screen instructions to input your data.
- Once data entry is complete, print the filled application form. The form will show your subject codes and applicable fees.
- Attach two recent passport-size photographs, attested by the college Principal, to the designated spaces on the printed form.
- The printed form has two parts. Get the Principal’s signature on both parts. Keep the top part for your records.
- Sign the bottom part and submit it to the designated desk at your college by the deadline.
Colleges are responsible for verifying student data against the probable list and confirming the entries online via the NU website (www.nu.ac.bd.info/cse) using their College Login. In-course numbers must be entered for form fill-up confirmation, except for improvement candidates.
