NU ECE 2nd Year 4th Semester Form Fill-up 2025 Announced

The National University (NU) of Bangladesh has announced the schedule for the NU ECE 2nd Year 4th Semester Form fill-up 2025. This applies to the 2023 B.Sc. Honours in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) examination. The form fill-up process will be done online.

Important Dates for Form Fill-up

  • Students can collect and submit their application forms online from April 16, 2025, to April 30, 2025.
  • Colleges must confirm the online data entry and form fill-up by May 4-5, 2025.
  • The deadline for colleges to deposit the fees via Sonali Seba is May 6-7, 2025.

It is very important to complete the form fill-up within these dates. No applications will be accepted after the deadline. The detailed exam schedule will be published later.

Examination Fees

Here are the fees per student:

  • Regular/Irregular/Improvement Exam Fee (per paper): 500/- Taka.
  • Centre Fee: 500/- Taka (This fee is not deposited to the university).
  • Special Inclusion Fee: 500/- Taka (Applicable for improvement/grade improvement students).
  • Practical Exam Fee (per paper): 500/- Taka (To be deposited to the university).

Who Can Apply?

The following students are eligible for the NU ECE 2nd Year 4th Semester Form fill-up 2025:

  • Regular Students: Session 2021-2022.
  • Irregular Students: Session 2020-2021.
  • Improvement Students: Those who got ‘C’ or ‘D’ grades in the 2022 4th Semester exam can appear for improvement this time only. Students cannot take the improvement exam more than once.
  • F’ Grade Students: Students from sessions 2019-2020, 2018-2019, 2017-2018, and 2016-2017 who received ‘F’ grades may be eligible under specific conditions.
  • Condition: All students must have participated in the 3rd Semester examination previously. Students outside these academic sessions cannot fill the form.

How to Fill the Form Online

  1. Students must visit the NU website (ems.nu.ac.bd) and click the ‘Student Login’ link.
  2. Log in using your registration number and follow the instructions to enter your data.
  3. After completing data entry, print the filled application form. The form will show your subject codes and fees.
  4. The printed form has two parts. Get both parts signed by the college principal.
  5. Keep the top part of the form. Sign the bottom part and submit it to the designated desk at your college.
  6. Attach one recent passport-size photograph (attested by the principal) to the college copy of the form.
